• Your financial data, such as the IBAN of your personal bank account, the amount on your nsave account and transactions
• Your location data, such as IP address of the location you log in to use nsave's services
• Your professional activity and behavioural data, such as your industry, position, place of work, estimated annual income and monthly volume of transactions
• Any preferences you specify to us

2. COOKIES & OTHER SIMILAR TECHNOLOGIES

A cookie is a small file generated by the Website's server when you visit the Website and that is stored on your computer or mobile device.

We do not use cookies on this website.

3. PURPOSES OF THE PROCESSING

• To identify you and allow you to access and Services;

• To perform our contractual duties;
• To comply with our legal duties, in particular with regard to the Swiss anti-money laundering provisions;

6. DATA TRANSFER RISK

We place great importance on the security of your Personal Data and have implemented administrative, technical and physical security measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, destruction or alteration. However, despite our efforts, no method of communication over the Internet or method of electronic storage can guarantee complete security.

We store your personal data for as long as we need it for the purposes mentioned at clause 3 above. Once the purpose for which we have collected your data no longer exists, your data is destroyed.
